Please use his space to upload hints, tips, instruction documents or reporting templates for Spydus Manager, SpydusBI, Spydus Collections or Spydus Analytics. DON'T post any documents that contains identifiable information! The Exec cannot take responsibility for the upload of reporting or instruction documents that contain screenshots or report example data that might show any identifiable data (personal, organisational or otherwise).

  This folder contains documents from member libraries on using Spydus 10.1.6 (web clients) onwards.  Please clearly describe which relevant modules are covered in the document.  Please ensure you have a useful file name and your document is described appropriately including the Spydus version. e.g. WPAC - Creating pages - Spydus 10.2 - YYYYMM

This folder contains RFQ documents from member libraries.  Please clearly describe what the RFQ is for. Please use the following file name convention.   RFQ - LMS Specs - YYYYMM RFQ - Print management Specs - YYYYMM RFQ - Print Management - Copy of Actual request - YYYYMM  You may wish to de-identify your library service.  If this is the case, please send your document to accounts@spun.org.au and the team will put it up on your behalf. Access to this folder is for only for Financial Spydus Members and registered uses.   Civica staff cannot access this folder.
