Description

This report is deisgned to produce address labels from the Community Information database. The report uses a simple concatenated field; suburb and postcode have been pasted together as a formula field called SubPost. Two parameter fields have been created to prompt for subjects and council ward codes, and sample subjects and ward codes have been built in to the report for selection. The prompts use "Like" rather than "Equals" to allow for searches on either full or abbreviated strings. Because we note names changes to names of local organisations in the 710 field, we have included a filter on organisation names with text like "*formerly*" to prevent labels based on this note.
